Hi, Paul- PH> Hi Sean... welcome back, I only just started looking at this echo after PH> being PH> back on the BBS scene a few months ago. David B who also posts here from PH> Agency BBS is also interested in vintage computers. Welcome back to BBSing! I just fired up my "new" BBS yesterday. I moved from OS/2 to Linux after running the former for 16 years. PH> Ditto ZX81 here too, with a soliderd RAM pack to avoid the dreaded PH> wobble.. I remember that. For me, it was duct tape to keep it from wobbling. Ugly but it worked! I have several programs for the T/S 1000 that are on tape, brand-new, still in shrink wrap. I'll have to find me a cassette recorder to use. I think I may have a TRS-80 tape recorder that was designed to be used with their CoCo in my storage room. One of these days I'll have to dig that up.
