  Think about that one for a moment.  You can't drive your car from Britain 
to France (and vice versa)!  To my knowledge, you can only use the Chunnel or 
take a plane trip - and those are group activities with closer supervision.

  Legitimate?  Maybe the product itself is, but the most probable use of it 
is certainly not.  If I told you that my new Gizmo 2000 can make you rich, 
but is likely to kill people, would you consider it legitimate?  Probably 
ot.
  And the V64 has been in use since well before 1080's release, which means 
that some people have still committed crimes courtesy of the device.  Whether 
Nintendo should have improved protection on carts is irrelevant; what's done 
is done!
