it's a typedef. LPC means long pointer to const. STR is a string (ie char
array finifsed by \0, T modifys it to be composed of TCHARs instead of
regular chars.
typedef const TCHAR FAR * LPCTSTR;
TCHAR is another typedef. It is either wchar_t or char, depending on _UNICODE
defined.
