Try "LOADFIX QBASIC" instead.  EXE files created with the old
Microsoft linker using the "/EXEPACK" switch will do this because
of a bug if they are loaded below the 64 KB memory line.  OS/2 DOS sessions
will often cause this if DOS_HIGH is enabled.
