subject: pm problem

Remember I was having problems with stuff I was doing under
PM and elsewhere taking priority over the BBS? Well it was
silly me reinstalling OS/2 and forgetting to put
PRIORITY=ABSOLUTE instead of DYNAMIC. Also set the
PRIORITY_DISK_IO=NO, so that problem should go away now.

I don't know where exactly the problem with Binkley not
timing out the modem, even though the stupid modem didn't
drop carrier is. I will need to put debugging information
in to find the problem, and with the rarity with which this
problem occurs, I will have probably changed modems by the
time I get the first lot of debugging info in! BFN. Paul.
