First a disclaimer:  Blake and Ken, I feel you've both made significant 
contributions to this echo and I hope no matter what the decision, you'll 
both 
be members here for a long time to come...that said...

   Equally to Ken (again, no pressure one way or the other Ken, just my 
observation...) we the other echo members are the ones that will be watching 
to see how this matter is handled on all 3 sides.
   Bill, I guess I said all that to say this:
   IF (and I stress IF) anybody is derisive and contentious and causes a real 
problem about this, that's NOT who we need to keep a profitable and friendly 
echo moving forward.  I don't suggest for a moment that either gentleman 
would ever cause a problem about this, but as I've not actually met Ken or 
Blake, these are my thoughts....thanks for listening.
