The 000 issue is still related to the NC and the decision about what string
data to put into the phone number slot isn't it?
If I as NC117 decide to issue a node number for some party, such as a
private node, with this sort of number in the phone number field, what is
to stop that from being propagated into the Nodelist ..
including into Z6 or where-ever?
No, I wouldn't assign a phone number into the Nodelist segment for my Net
117 and send that off to Matt here in R19. But if that were a pattern of
behavior for things like Internet or Private nodes, why isn't this still a
possible problem?
An internet node can't have data about its addressing in the phone number
field without setting up the phoneco scrutiny problem here .. period.
