Except "telnet" or "ITN" in this case does not mean you offer telnet access to
your BBS. Some mailers offer telnet as a method of transferring messages/files,
kind of like binkp does.
Both Binkd and Mystic do not do this, so you can take that flag out and just
leave IBN in there, as that's currently the only method of FTN transfer you're
doing.
