And all this time, I've had the prospectus for *Redflex* sitting on my
desk. Here.

Expected listing date according to the prospectus was 11/12/96 but I
don't know whether that's happened - they may not have raised the funds
(5m * 65c = $3.25m).

and touchscreen-based call monitoring, recorded voice announcements and
