You could always schedule the program, or write this in autoexec.bat
DRIVE:\>DIRECTORY\SCANDISK.EXE /ALL /AUTOFIX [/NOSUMMARY]
[/NOSUMMARY] is optional. With the parameter on, you will not recieve any 
summary at the end of checking.
