Just do it! I use my NT Server as a DHCP for the Warp 4 machine, as well as 
run a bunch of programs across the network off the NT machine. I.e. the files 
are located on the NT. I had the same setup with Warp 3. :)

Netbeui may be helpful. IPX is not necessary, unless you have a Novell client 
somewhere.
