Sure, it's often called "buyout" music: when you buy the CD, you
also buy out (at the same price) all rights to use the music in your
videos or films.
This is different than the typical music library arrangement where
you need to pay a fee for each selection of music you use in each of
your programs (called a "needledrop fee" even though you might not
be using a phonograph these days).
