I think the load balancing can only be done with DNS (not when you are
running NetBIOS). It basically just sets up round robin dns to do the
balancing. But I do remember there was some feature that allowed a whole
group of machines to share the same IP address so maybe you're right but I
don't think that would apply here (that was for multiple web servers
serving the same site if I remember right)
