Are you talking about the *.PKT files or the QWK files?  The *.PKT
files are meant to have kludge lines in them.  The QWK isn't, they
are meant to be stripped by PKT2QWK.  Use my messages as a yardstick
though, as I can be fairly certain that I haven't stuffed up my own
messages by quoting control lines.  My messages should only have
SOT/EOT, SEENBY, PATH.  BFN.  Paul.
