I've not seen then top of this thread but I did a .BMP conversion routine for
2 color .BMPs some time ago that works well (and quick). If someone would

me in on what we're trying to do I'll see what I've got vs. what you need.

isn't that difficult once you get it figured out that rows of pixels are an
even 4 bytes in lenght and the damned thing works from the bottom up!
