A common misconception, and he is partially right. The QWK format
doesn't support netmail, but enterprising mail door Authors have
developed their own methods around this. (Hense the plethora of
different netmail formats around).

*IF* you are in contact with this author in any way then PLEASE suggest
to him that he follows the format of one of the existing systems.
To:   as the first line of the message is probably the most
popular.
