I am having a problem w/ my first notebook.  I am able to get the
notebook created and the skeleton is functional, w/ my page insertion
routine working as expected.  However, I am not able to increase the
size of the major tabs.  They are only large enough to handle the first
character of the tab-text, but the notebook logic handles the hot-key
character as expected.  I AM able to control the size of the
page-button, however.  I am at a loss.  I have varied the size
parameters all over the place.  I have check the return code and it is
TRUE.
