Actually, I don't specifically know which gun John was refering to, we
were more or less talking generic semi-auto, at least **I** was, so you
are quite right to call me on this. I pretty much stick to wheelguns,
but have a passing acquaintence with Colt semi-autos. The more modern
stuff tends to blur together in my own mind as "another one of THEM".
You're right of course, some of them don't have magazine disconnects, I
guess. Come to think of it, some of them don't have safety's either,
just decockers.
Bottom line here is that you've really got to know any gun you are
carrying.
Why'd you disconnect the magazine safety on your Browning?
