I'm not sure if this is a sysop question or a PKT2QWK one, so it's in
here. Most (but not all) of the messages in this download have got
seen-by and other kludge lines in them, varying ones. Some have msg-id,
some have pid, some have reply, some even have sot/eot! It may have been
happening before without me noticing.

Do you think this is a temporary problem somewhere in the network, or
something in PKT2QWK? Note, I'm now using 2.35.
