Even at the best of times, it takes about 12 seconds from the
time my Spirit answers the phone to the time I get a connect
string back.  That is excessive, isn't it?  Especially when
it is connecting at 14400, which should be the first tone
that is put out.  If you guys force V32bis, would that help?
