No, I replied to your earlier message, and that reply was sent in the
mail call which picked up this one from you. I also replied to another
message in the packet which this one was in - maybe that's the
confusion.

I don't know why you have 2 shareholder numbers, but I assume it's part
of the confusion which arose when we were trying to buy in your name but
get payment from BT. I don't think you'll have to write 2 cheques, and
in fact it might be beneficial if you want to round up your acceptance
to the next multiple of 'N' (check your docs) - you get to round up
twice.

If you want to take up your entitlement, and (I assume) have BT pay for
it, send me the signed forms & I'll talk to them. If *you* want to pay
for it you can ditto and include a cheque. But in that case you might as
well just send it to them. You *do* have to do something, sign and
complete the 'Entitlement and Acceptance' form. If you don't want to
take them up, do nothing.
