It's a public holiday in Melbourne would you believe?  Anyway, I sent the
stuff off, and rang up BT to send a cheque.  I'm not sure how happy they're
going to be about getting a cheque and the forms separately, and not only
that, but one cheque for 2 forms!  And late!  I'll give them a call
