Give it 15 minutes once you have done that. Sometimes it takes time. If it
still doesn't work then go to

\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\

and put entries in both HOSTS and LMHOSTS files for the remote machine (do
this on both machines)

Both machines need tcp/ip installed and functioning.

It is easier to do with NetBEUI but using IP isn't that bad once you figure
it out. What IP addresses are you using on these machines?
