Tell that to PDP, MAY, ABC, etc etc etc (everyone except MMF, DJS + PLP)
that I have owned so far.  Actually, I tell a bit of a lie, I remember
seeing doco for MAY that it had to include the shareholder name, but there
was no problem when I changed it from P & X to just X when I closed
down the home loan account.  I have to sign a form to change my dividends,
and I get acknowledgement through the mail.  BFN.  Paul.
