      Title: Broccoli Pie^ - T O H
 Categories: Crs97, Toh, Vegetables, Main dish
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      1 lg Onion; chopped
      3 tb Cooking oil
      4    Eggs; lightly beaten
      4 c  Chopped broccoli; cooked
      2 c  (8oz) shredded mozzarella
      1 ct (15oz) ricotta cheese
    1/3 c  Grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 ts Salt
        ds Nutmeg
      1    .9" single pastry crust
 
  Preheat oven to 350°. Line pie dish with pastry.
  
  Saute onion in oil until tender, about 5 minutes. combine with eggs,
  broccoli, cheese, salt and nutmeg. Pour into pie shell; bake 50 to 55
  minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  
  Makes 6 to 8 servings.
