 First, let's stop the OS bashing, this is not the place for it
(off-topic). Second, while I am sure we all have to deal with this
problem, have you tried one of the Resize components. Some claim to
adjust everything when the form is resized (including fonts). I had that
worked pretty well in VB, I am sure one of the Delphi components would
work for most situations. I haven't tried one of these in Delphi
though, so I can't make a recommendation at this point.
