So how come I was taken to court by some sysop on Fidonet business claiming
Policy did not exist but the court aknowledging P4 and rejecting the
complaint based on the fact the plaintiff should have used the internal
rules of the organisation?
 
The court here acknowledged Fidonet being a legal entity, as that ruling
was never appealed it means that anywhere in the EU at least per that
ruling Fidonet IS a legal entity.
 
Could even be, but I won't go that far, that due to international treaties
about honoring court-verdicts that Fidonet is now a legal entity in most of
the world and *Cs could be personally liable.
