1. I rang up Ernst + Young today, and they are sending out
something-or-other which will complete my lost GAW.  He says that only you
can combine the two accounts.

2. I received some ZEX shares the other day, <$500 worth.  I said I
didn't want a partial lot (think of the % brokerage on the sale).  What
happened?
