I don't know whether it was PQWK235 or not, but I noticed those dups
fed back to me too - like reading a reply and then the message to which
it was replying.

More likely it was another of those OLX peculiarities which I don't
understand and Rod understands a bit of.

I'd welcome any constructive suggestions to prevent this happening, but,
like you, I don't want to spend all day configuring and customising
software.
