    You know the 3.x version is out?  Where?  Since tim hasn't
    released it.  Maybe your mistaken another bbs package?
    If v3 is out there I'd be surprised.  The last known
    code to be out there goes back to ancient 2.5 or so days.
    There was an attempted 2.7 out there but wasn't good
    code and since then he rewrote everything from scratch.
