Hi! It has been quite some time since I used timEd (I moved my Fidonet system from OS/2 to Linux about three years ago). Anyway, I finally got around to try the Linux port (Yay!), but I am having some problems with the character encodings. The characters I write come out wrong. Maybe I've misconfigured something, like I said, it has been some time... For instance, if I write o with a diaeresis, it comes out correct in the editor: "÷", but when I save and review it, it is broken. Any ideas? My encoding setup looks like this: DefaultInput LATIN-1 DefaultOutput LATIN-1 \\// Peter --- timEd/Linux 1.11.b1* Origin: Softwolves Software + Oslo, Norge (2:204/254.222) SEEN-BY: 206/0 633/267 270 @PATH: 204/254 20/11 106/1 2000 633/267 |
