PE>> This time the police took fingerprints (on Monday). I want to obtain

JT> No real cheap option for alarm center calling type systems. They don't
JT> call 000, but another security place, and this type of system is usually
JT> used for houses/offices. You would need a mobile phone for a car type
JT> arrangement. Most likely they would take the phone anyway.
They have baby alarms, I'm not sure of the details, and they have walkie
talkies, what's so expensive about the technology I need?
JT> There have been some "car tracker" prototype systems,
where a gps system is
JT> installed in the car, and it transmits its location if stolen. Might be a
JT> bit expensive for the sigma though.
I don't want to track the car being stolen, just being broken into.
JT> I think your only real cheap option is to take the carpet out, then there
JT> will be nothing left to steal, they've taken just about everything else.
I wish to catch thieves to make Australia a better place, and effectively
secure the whole carpark. BFN. Paul.
