Sarah has indicated that she received medical treatment in Whitehorse and
her family would have been charged for the procedures. However, I am
advised that Alaskans are of the view that Yukon's out-of-territory medical
charges are reasonable and that even now some will attend for medical
treatment in Whitehorse.
