The only one I have any knowledge about doesn't use GPS, but it's still
apparently pretty accurate, like one bloke I know who has some
connection with the company was watching a demo and they could see which
side of the road the car was on.

It's called QuickTrax (spelling?)

And yes, I think probably a bit expensive for the Sigma.
