Paul Markham has already got a USR Courier, and when he was
connecting to someone at 28.8k, he was getting dropouts in the
middle of the transfer.  He dropped the speed down to 26000 or
something, and the problem went away.  How about telling him
how to solve the problem?  He is calling someone else, not me,
