To tell you the truth already having run HDTV here on a 19" CRT monitor located on the hospital cart next to bed I'm perfectly happy with that. At this close of a distance a new solid state HD monitor in the proper aspect ration would show the individual pixels. The CRT doesn't Now for multiple people viewing this is obviously unsuitable but for me it's ideal. And the video driver automatically sets the aspect ratio correctly from video files. Unsure about how the HDTV card will behave but if necessary I'll TiVo everything to the hard drive and then play it. I don't know how feasable this is under Windows but it's a snap here :-) :wq ...
