   I'm sorry Mike, it seems you and I have misunderstood each other here. I
thought you were taking up that old hoax about the renegade mailer that
starts dialling emergency numbers in the wee hours of the night, something
that everyone, like me, that has written fidonet programs for more than a
decade, know is nothing but a hoax.

   Of course an NC is the single one, that should have the ultimate saying
about what goes into the nodelist regarding his net segment. Right Ward?
