Precisonaire did this way back in 1987 when they moved t Bartow Florida.
Offered me the same money to go with them.

I declined.
A few months later they had fired all who had moved with the company,
after they had trained their own replacements.

Then 18 months later they offered me my old job back with a raise
which I also declined, with a hearty laugh in the plant managers 
face and a profanity or two.
