 A ?????.req file is just that, an addition, that facillitates in a file
 request. It is not part of the mail handling and it should certainly not
 trigger a direct/immediate call. It may look sensible in the way you
 perforn file request. The first char of a ?lo file determines when the mailer
 performs an exchange with another node.
 Any utillity that initiates a file request will make shure the proper ?lo
 files is created, depending on when the request should be made.

 The actions of the BSO construct respect connection rules that may not
 be opportune to BINKD, but are still valid.

 For how you want to work, you can use mailboxes, these are not part of BSO.
