  I'm such a crude beginner I use 2 litres of canola oil (on special
at Jewel for $4.23). I go for quantity rather than quality. As for the
post activities... what do you do with the post? Does it involve
polishing the end with jeweller's rouge and a spray can of Mr Sheen?
