DAX was renamed to DAPIE; they are the same thing.  Neither is a DLL, but
rather are tools for migrating source code written to Win32 so that it can
be rebuilt for OS/2.  While it is technically possible to achieve Win32
binary compatibility with a DLL, IBM has said that they do not plan to do
so, despite persistent rumors to the contrary.
