I think you will have to pay twice. :-)

On your BT a/c what happens is that 2 c/ns are produced every time - one
to you, one to BT. I witnessed this at first hand yesterday (Monday)
when I got Anthony to reprint the c/ns in question: we got 6.

3 personally mailed to you by me, DJS & 2*NTS - I wasn't sure which NTS
you didn't have.
