Hi Paul,

While experimenting with a more direct method of char output for use
in MsgedAM, I've written a simple but cute text reader.  It opens
the console.device directly, "attached" to a standard Intuition
window.  It seems to display fast enough to me...

I'll upload the source (~16k without compression) or executable (~9k
without compression) if you'd like to check it out.

FWIW, here's (a plain text version of) the built-in help
(commandline style):
