The DA suffix is used temporarily to indicate 'deferred settlement' -
you don't have to deliver by day 5. In this case because shareholders
may not have received their new share certificates yet, following a 1
for 15 capital reconstruction.

That means, for every 15, 20 cent par value shares you held, you would
now have 1, $3 par value share.
