-=> Quoting Paul Edwards to John Tserkezis <=-
Hello Paul,
JT> AFAIK, Kevin resigned last week, and there has been no procedures for
JT> re-election so far, so if he wants to get out of it, they are all being
JT> rather slack about it.
PE> Kevin wasn't elected, he was appointed. I forget who appoints RCs.
PE> Well, maybe it's NCs, which I suppose makes it some sort of election.
I've just come back from a bucks night, and I'm too lazy to read up on P4
again, but in any case, the only mention on the echos about the kevin mann's
resignation, was teds comment to david nugent about why he did not make
everyone aware of it even though he had received the resignation a week
earlier. There has been no public comment since.
JT> And I've noticed that Dave Nugent is no longer marked as FTSC_Chair in the
JT> nodelist.
PE> Any word as to why? AFAIK, the only person who could do that would be
PE> David himself.
Not mentioned by anyone at all. Either everyone didn't care in the first
place, or everyone has been too busy following the david more situation to
notice.
JT> The shit has very definitely hit the fan in fidoland. :-)
PE> :-) Are you keeping up with it? What percentage agree with arbitrary
PE> denodelisting? BFN. Paul.
Yes. As far as the denodelisting goes, many disagree, and all of them gave
david more a swift kick in the nuts about it too.
The only ones who aggreed with it were either david's bum chums or david more
die-hards.
The rest were middle of the road, in that they did not aggree with your use
of language, but also flatly disapproved of david's method.
It's too early in the morning for me to work out percentages, but most were
against it, then the middle of the roaders, and the least were the die hards.

... If at first you don't agree, just flick them from the nodelist! (c)DM
