Apparently this didn't get out of TML, so Paul kindly forwarded it to me. 
However, I'll reply here in case other have any suggestions as to what
might be causing your problem.

Dunno what your problem might be, but you don't have to move the file to
any specific location prior to sending.  When you press Alt-S (send a file)
while in the binkley window, you merely enter the full path and filespec of
the file you wish to upload, and everything should be done automatically
after that (is certainly is here).  In fact, binkley should be able to send
it from any drive which is accessible to OS/2, even a floppy if you're
silly enough.  |-)
