surgical procedures.  I read an article some months ago where people were 
travelling to India for surgery on what was effectively a vacation; the travel cost
and the cost of the surgery in India was less than the cost of having the procedure
done in this country.  Note that a *LOT* of the cost of medical care in the US is
caused by government regulation and interference.
