I got some mail from David More's system (who I still polled once/week)
just before I left, and he was holding a vote, but you had to be in the
.094 nodelist to be eligible to vote, and to be nominated.  And you needed
to get two people to second you if you wanted to nominate.  What a lot of
fun.
