 I really think that Ward is man without support of majority in his own zone.

 His "idea" to be "live God" is just nonsense. One can
work without hat, but hat is main goal of Ward, not 3.6 of Policy.

 In _fidonet_ the leader must 1) stop any "war" between sysops;
2) make an effective efforts to change Policy; 3) work, work, work to
fulfil 3.6 of Policy.

 Any other works can be done by any technical educated sysops. Ward have
bad technical education...
