That third IP & ERA belongs to Embree in his first two seasons. The IP & ERA 
for the 1st and 2nd belong to Tom Glavine and Greg Maddux for their 1st and 
2nd seasons (2nd season in parenthesis). Would you say that both of those 
players weren't much of a pitcher based on what they did during their first 
couple of seasons?
